R&B veteran Q Parker is stepping into a new era with the release of “Made For,” an inspirational single featuring the anointed voices of Deitrick Haddon, Avery Wilson and Eric Dawkins.
Written by Dawkins, the song is a powerful message about standing in your purpose and discovering the answer to what you are “made for.” The track is decorated with strong vocal performances that blur the lines of soul and non-secular music.
“When it’s all said and done, this phase of my life is intentional and filled with chasing purpose and peace,” Parker wrote in an Instagram post shortly after the song’s release.
He continued, “it is filled with loving my wife and children. It is filled with being a servant of GOD. It is filled with being a role model to the next generation. It is filled with transparency.”
Parker’s return to the mainstream is highly-anticipated, as the Grammy Award-winning artist signed with Entertainment One Nashville back in 2019.
“Made For” is lifted from Parker’s upcoming album, The Bridge Project.
