It’s no coincidence that JoJo dropped another new song ahead of her good to know release date (May 1).
Already declared one of her favorites from the upcoming album, “Lonely Hearts” is suited as an acoustic downtempo with an atmospheric overcast.
In the wisely written song, JoJo sings about the aftereffects of a toxic relationship that weighed her down. While she realizes that she is in better control of emotions without a man’s nonsense, she still battles with temptation.
“Lonely Hearts” is the placeholder for JoJo’s previously teased good to know track “Comeback.” The once-featureless song will now include guest spots from Tory Lanez and 30 Roc.
Prior to unleashing her latest single, JoJo released the snapping lead single “Man” and its cameo-heavy visual.
Her 2019 songs like “Sabotage” and “Joanna” don’t make the official tracklisting.
