Mourning the loss of a relationship gone sour, Raiche bids adieu to her dearly departed in her new single “Funeral.”
The hollow organs and gothic choir perfectly amplify the haunting number. With softly menacing energy, she sings on the first verse, “I pull up ten deep, I military the jeep / Summon the grim reaper / Here’s a message from me / I know you thought it’s all sweet but it ain’t / The picture that you paint don’t quite fit the frame / They know to step aside whenever I step in / Wanna fill my shoes? / Best watch your stepped then.”
Raiche is coming steadily with the material, as she released “Pick A Side” earlier this month.
Last year, Raiche released her debut EP Drive.
