When it comes to Teyana Taylor, her eye is undeniable. The new mother of two released her video “Concrete,” featuring her husband NBA player Iman Shumpert as the leading man.
Directed by Taylor and executive produced by her production team The Aunties, “Concrete” is a tale of two lovers finding common ground. Pulling in a sleek Rolls Royce convertible, she’s greeted by her lover from their massive compound. The pair go back and forth, arguing one minute and engaging in passionate affection the next.
Her baby belly makes a video appearance, as she emphatically tries to get her point across. Since she feels like she’s talking to concrete, that’s just what Shumpert turns into by the end of the visual. The couple welcomed a new baby girl last month.
“Concrete” is lifted from Taylor’s latest project, The Album, which dropped on Juneteenth.
Taylor recently directed Queen Naija‘s new video, “Lie To Me” featuring Lil Durk.
