Jazmine Sullivan‘s return single “Pick Up Your Feelings” proves to be worth all the excitement.

Her sharply dismissive anthem, co-penned by Nova Wav, was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for surpassing 500,000 equivalent units.

More impressive is this recent plaque makes the second RIAA certification of Sullivan’s career. She was awarded her first honor in December 2015 for her Grammy-nominated debut, Fearless. The 2008 album was certified gold.

“Feelings” has racked up a list of historic triumphs for Sullivan this year. First, the second single from Heaux Tales was named her first number-one single on R&B radio. Soon after, the song was branded as her first leader on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart, reigning for two consecutive weeks.

On Spotify, “Feelings” has crossed the 21.4 million stream marker.
