By enlisting production trio BREGMA, Marzz looks to hear closing arguments from a soon-to-be-ex about their questionable relationship status on their new single “KMS.”
The Louisville, Kentucky, native mentions that the romance between them is unbalanced, explaining how they are putting more effort into making it work. But, seeing how detrimental this love is to their mental state, Marzz does the next best thing: walk out.
Marzz packaged the new song with an accompanying music video shot in performance style. Watch it below.
“‘KMS’ is about being over the bullshit and not dealing with unnecessary drama. Taking time to heal and understand that certain people don’t deserve to be in your life anymore and to be ok with it,” said Marzz in a statement.
For those who might not recall, Marzz released their debut project, Love Letterz, last year in June. The six-track EP featured the tracks, such as “Countless Times,” which recently gained urban radio acceptance, ranking inside the top 30 right now.
Commenting on the inspiration behind Love Letterz in a Rated R&B profile, Marzz said, “I want them to know that I’m here with open arms, no strings attached, no nothing. It’s honestly just pure love.”
In October 2021, Marzz appeared on Bryson Tiller’s Killer Instinct 2: The Nightmare Before mixtape. They also did a show alongside Jack Harlow last December.
