R&B icon Usher has teamed up with reggaeton star J Balvin on his new single “Dientes,” which also features DJ Khaled.
The party-ready anthem will light up any dancefloor with its seamless interpolation of Usher’s 2004 smash “Yeah!”
“I was flying up high in the private in it, two pilots, Balsamic all in it, big salad. Wondering when you score, when they all sit back. Guess that’s when they all get it, head-pitted,” Usher sings over synth horns unscored by pulsating beats.
“Dientes” was produced by Mura Masa, Fred Ball, DJ Luian, Mambo Kingz, Tainy, and Michael Brun.
“Dientes” arrives with an arcade-themed video co-directed by Patricia Alfonso and Chris Cabrera. The vibrant visual shows Usher dancing on LED floors — solo and with dancers, recreating his 2004 Vibe Magazine cover and sharing scenes with J Bavlin and DJ Khaled.

Usher’s new collaboration arrives nearly a month after his latest single, “Boyfriend.”
Camper and Rico Love co-wrote the tune, which debuted at No. 6 on Billboard’s R&B Digital Song Sales chart. Meanwhile, his previous single “Good Good” featuring Summer Walker and 21 Savage debuted at No. 1 on the same chart.
Usher’s era-launching single “GLU” was released in March as the lead to his upcoming ninth album. The highly anticipated album will release on Usher and LA Reid’s newly-launched mega. label, in partnership with Larry Jackson’s gamma.
Aside from his solo music, Usher teamed with R&B sensation Muni Long for her “Hrs & Hrs (Remix),” released in early summer.
On Sept. 24, Usher will begin his Rendez vous à Paris residency at La Seine Musicale in Boulogne Billancourt, France. He will play through Oct. 5, before returning to the U.S. for the final leg of his Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, which begins Oct. 11. It concludes Dec. 2.
