Chris Brown has tallied his 117th entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
His “Sensational” single with Davido and Lojay debuts at No. 96 this week on the Hot 100, which is led by Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me.” It marks Davido’s and Lojay’s first career entries on the popular singles chart.
According to Billboard, “Sensational” saw a 14% increase in radio airplay audience impressions (15.7 million) and a 3% increase in U.S. streams (2.6 million) during the Jan. 19-25 tracking week.
Elsewhere on Billboard, “Sensational” rises a notch to No. 9 on the Hot R&B Songs chart. The song entered the top 10 last week at No. 10, scoring Brown his 48th top 10 hit on that chart.
On the R&B Digital Song Sales chart, led by Muni Long’s “Made For Me,” “Sensational” is No. 6 for a second week.
“Sensational” is the second single from Brown’s 11th album, 11:11, released Nov. 10, 2023, via Chris Brown Entertainment/RCA Records. The song, issued on Oct. 20, now has 38.2 million streams on Spotify. The “Sensational” music video has amassed 39.7 million views on YouTube.
11:11 debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and No. 9 on the Billboard 200.
According to HitsDailyDouble, the album sold 44,308 equivalent copies in its first week. 11:11 includes the Grammy-nominated single “Summer Too Hot,” up for Best R&B Performance at the 66th Grammy Awards, airing this Sunday (Feb. 4) at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
Brown recently hinted via Instagram that he will be supporting his album on an upcoming tour. He hasn’t shared much details about the tour at this time.
Breezy fans don’t have to wait too long to see the R&B star on stage. The Grammy winner will headline the Tycoon Music Festival in Atlanta, Georgia, on Feb. 13. The star-studded lineup also includes Monica, Ginuwine, Mario, Ashanti, Bryson Tiller, Tank and others.
