Nao joins the growing lineup of R&B tours happening in 2025.
The alternative R&B singer has announced the dates for her headlining tour, which will hit Europe and North America.
Leg one begins in Europe on Feb. 25, 2025, at Paradiso in Amsterdam, Netherlands. From there, she will visit 10 more cities, including Berlin, Paris, Manchester, and Glasgow, before concluding March 12 in London.
On April 17, the “Antidote” singer will launch the North American leg in Atlanta at Tabernacle. She will make stops in major cities such as Brooklyn, Boston, Toronto and Seattle, before wrapping up May 7 at The Novo in Los Angeles.
“I know a lot of u were hella mad when the last tour sold out so fast, so this time I’ve got u, more dates, more cities!” Nao wrote in an Instagram post. “U guys don’t play, so make sure you grab your tickets ASAP.”
Presale tickets are available now through Thursday, Dec. 5, at 10 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Dec. 6, at 12 a.m. EST.
Nao’s upcoming tour will support her fourth album, Jupiter, which releases Feb. 21. The 11-track album will include the singles “Wildflowers” and “Elevate.”
Speaking on the album’s lead single, produced by DetoNate, she shared, “A Wildflower symbolizes falling in love—it’s wild, carefree, and you want it to last forever. But life and time have other plans. ‘Wildflowers’ invites listeners to explore the highs and lows of love while embracing vulnerability.”
As for the latter track, produced by longtime collaborator Stint, Nao noted, “‘Elevate’ captures the intoxicating feeling of love.”
She added, It describes a relationship so powerful it feels addictive, yet freeing, like floating without fear of falling. I wanted it to sound euphoric, which is why we have this soaring, Prince-like guitar solo, beautifully played by my guitarist, Andy Vickery.”
According to press materials, Jupiter “will explore themes of growth, abundance, and profound self-discovery, weaving together a tapestry of introspection and expansive creativity.”
Jupiter will follow Nao’s 2021 album, And Then Life Was Beautiful. The project featured appearances from Lucky Daye, serpentwithfeet, Lianne La Havas, and Adekunle Gold.
Jupiter is also Nao’s second album named after a planet. In 2018, she released her sophomore album, Saturn, which included popular tracks such as “Drive and Disconnect,” “Make It Out Alive” featuring SiR, and “Another Lifetime.”
Earlier this year, Nao joined forces with fellow alternative R&B singer Gallant on “Centigrade,” which appeared on his third album, Zinc.
