For years, fans have asked PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake for a collab album. Now, the two Canadian artists have granted their wish with Some Sexy Songs 4 U (stylized as $OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U).
The 21-track offering, which runs for 74 minutes, has a healthy mix of songs for the bedroom and a night on the town. Then there are moments like “Gimme a Hug,” where Drake unleashes fiery bars to naysayers. “Funny how it’s only b****h n****s that are waiting on the boy’s obituary / ‘Cause if I die, it’s these n****s that become the sole beneficiary,” he raps.
Some Sexy Songs 4 U features guest appearances from Yebba (“Die Trying”), Chino Pacas (“Meet Your Padre”) and Pim (“Pimmie’s Dilemma”).
Drake and PARTY didn’t drop any singles prior to releasing Some Sexy Songs 4 U, but they did share snippets of “Deeper,” “Crying in Chanel” and “Somebody Loves Me” leading up to the release.
They previewed “Deeper” when they announced the project’s title and release date earlier this month (Feb. 3). “I wanna be your favorite again / Let’s reconnect on the jet on the way to where I live / Give you a second to get ready, then we right back in the action / I’m tryna practice what I’m preachin’, baby,” PARTYNEXTDOOR sings.

Days later, they dropped a snippet of “Crying in Chanel” in a joint Instagram post. “Shawty right here crying in the middle of Chanel / Are those tears of joy from your eyes? I can’t tell / She say things I do for her, I did for someone else / I’m just tryna help, make me feel bad about myself,” Drake sings on the track.
On Wednesday (Feb. 12), Drake posted a teaser of “Somebody Loves Me” on his personal Instagram account. “I know there’s somebody who loves me / Somebody who really loves me (Who loves me) / And that’s all I need,” PARTYNEXTDOOR croons.

PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake first teased their joint album at PARTY’s Toronto tour stop in August 2024, where Drake made a surprise appearance.
“So, you get the summer over with, you do what you need to do. I know all you girls are outside,” Drake told fans in the crowd. “When it gets a little chilly, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be waiting right there for you.”
Over the last decade, Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR have collaborated on a number of occasions. The rapper first appeared on the singer’s self-titled debut album on “Over Here,” released in 2013 via OVO Sound.
Since then, Drake has appeared on nearly all of PND’s album — including on songs like “Recognize,” “Come and See Me,” and “Loyal” – with the exception of PARTYNEXTDOOR (P4).
The latter album, released in 2024, was his first not to feature his OVO Sound label head—possibly because they wanted to save the moment for Some Sexy Songs 4 U.

Speaking of P4, the album debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200. The featureless project included the RIAA gold-certified single “Resentment,” as well as “Real Woman,” “Her Old Friends” and “Lose My Mind.”
Some Sexy Songs 4 U is Drake’s first project since 2023’s For All The Dogs. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 402,000 equivalent units sold in the first week. According to Billboard, For All The Dogs garnered 514 million on-demand streams in its first tracking week.
Further, all 23 of the album’s tracks debuted in the top 50 of the coveted Billboard Hot 100 chart. The J. Cole-assisted “First Person Shooter” reached No. 1, while the PARTYNEXTDOOR-featured “Members Only” peaked at No. 24.
For All The Dogs included additional collaborations with 21 Savage, SZA, Bad Bunny, Sexyy Red, Lil Yachty and more.
