Dvsn will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, SEPT 5TH, with a limited run of shows this spring.

The R&B duo, consisting of vocalist Daniel Daley and producer Nineteen85, announced the dates on Tuesday (Jan. 20). “It’s starting to feel like 2016 all over again…to celebrate the album that connected us all together we picked a few cities to do a special anniversary show of Sept 5th,” they said.

The six-city outing begins March 20 at Tabernacle in Atlanta. From there, they will visit Houston, Brooklyn, Toronto and Los Angeles, before concluding April 1 in Chicago.

Presale tickets are available now. General onsale begins Friday (Jan. 23) at 10 a.m. local time.

Despite its title, SEPT 5TH was released March 27, 2016, via OVO Sound. The album includes staples such as “Too Deep,” “Hallucinations” and “With Me,” all of which are certified gold by the RIAA with 500,000 units sold in the U.S. The latter two were first uploaded on SoundCloud in 2015, which caught the attention of R&B fans and Drake, who ultimately signed them to OVO.

Although dvsn was generating a lot of buzz online, most fans had no idea who the artist was. Their identity wasn’t revealed until later, when it was confirmed they were a duo. Their signing was announced just ahead of the album’s release, with Drake’s longtime collaborator, Noah “40” Shebib, sharing the news via Instagram. In late February 2016, Sheib shared the dvsn logo with a brief caption: “@dvsndvsn @ovosound.”

Since its early streaming era release, SEPT 5TH has amassed nearly 400 million Spotify streams alone. Following their debut LP, dvsn returned in 2017 with Morning After, then A Muse In Her Feelings in 2020.

A year later, they teamed with Ty Dolla $ign for the joint mixtape Cheers to the Best Memories before releasing Working On My Karma (2022). The latter album marked dvsn’s final release under OVO Sound.

In 2025, dvsn signed with Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def/HYBE America and released their latest single, “Excited,” paired with the B-side “Love On You.” It’s the first taste from their upcoming fifth album.
