Eric Benet gets intimate in his “Insane” music video.
In the Devin Hampton-directed clip, Benet surprises his wife (played by Margot Bingham) by sending the kids to his sister’s house. He treats her to a romantic night at home filled.
“Insane” appears on Benet’s self-titled album, which is out now.
“On ‘Insane,’ I wanted it to feel like that late 80s Prince ballad,” Benet told Rated R&B in an interview. “My man Prince was so creative not only with the music, but if you listen to some of his lyrics they were just off the chain — creative. I wanted to really pay homage to that creativity as well with that song.”
