Following her two Grammys wins on Sunday night, H.E.R. stopped by Ellen on Tuesday (Feb. 12) to perform her latest radio single “As I Am.” Sporting a light green mesh top and multicolored pants, the exclusive musician rocked out on stage with her guitar and her warm cadences that rendered the starry-eyed lyrics.
“As I Am,” off her I Used to Know Her: Prelude EP, was recently added to urban radio formats. According to the current Mediabase report for this tracking week, the song has tallied seven new radio stations adds.
At the 61st Annual Grammy Awards, H.E.R. took home two trophies, including Best R&B Performance (“Best Part” featuring Daniel Caesar) and Best R&B Album (HER). She also performed “Hard Place” from her from her I Used to Know Her: Part 2 EP.
In April, H.E.R. is headed to Indio, California to play Coachella 2019, with Grammy winners Childish Gambino, Solange, Anderson .Paak and Ella Mai.
