Continuing to come through with captivating content, Ari Lennox has released the highly-anticipated video for “BMO.”
Directed by Child (BJ the Chicago Kid, Lucky Daye), the appealing video shows Lennox serving multiple looks in colorful scenes. The vivid shots give way to a sultry side of Lennox, including a scene in a pink bathtub surrounded by flowers and plants.
If “BMO” reminds you of the videos “Trippin’ ” by Total and “Beep Me 911” by Missy Elliot, you guessed correctly. “This is one of my favorite music videos ever,” Ari shared on Twitter. “The song and the music video were inspired by Total and Missy Elliot.”
Even though Lennox is still riding the wave of her debut album Shea Butter Baby, fans can check out new music from her on the Dreamville compilation album, Return of the Dreamers III. The imaginative singer will be making her way overseas for the European leg of Shea Butter Baby tour at the end of this year.
