The future of J. Cole’s Dreamville Records is looking bright. The Grammy-nominated artist has rolled out Revenge of the Dreamers III, the third compilation album from his label imprint under Interscope Records.
The collection of 18 songs runs over an hour long and features the Dreamville leader himself, along with his hip-hop heavy roster and the label’s frontwoman Ari Lennox, who released her debut album Shea Butter Baby in May.
Revenge of the Dreamers III also includes external hip-hop and R&B/soul contributors such as Ty Dolla $ign, T.I., Baby Rose, DaBaby, Dreezy, Saba, Buddy, and more.
Shining the light back on Lennox, the soulful singer recently shared 15 dates for her European tour that kicks off on December 2 in Oslo, Norway.
Ahead of her overseas residency, Lennox is stacked with various onstage shows, including the Femme It Forward concert series in August. She is also listed on the performance bill for the One MusicFest and H.E.R.’s inaugural Lights On Festival in September.
Back in May, Ty released his J.Cole-assisted single “Purple Emoji.” He accompanied the song with a loved-up music video a week later. Ty will support his new single and forthcoming album, which is almost finished, on Chris Brown’s INDIGOAT Tour. The massive North American tour launches on August 20 in Portland.
