Gallant is the captain of team no sleep.
The Grammy-nominated artist has released his sophomore album Sweet Insomnia via Mind of a Genius Records/Warner Records Inc. Available on streaming platforms everywhere, the new album comes three years behind his Ology debut.
Gallant reunites with frequent producer Stint for the bulk of Sweet Insomnia, while calling on Andrew Watt, Burns, and Jeff Gitelman for additional track instrumentations.
The 13-track LP includes the previously released singles: “Sleep On It,” “Sharpest Edges,” and “Crimes.” The album also includes guest appearances from 6LACK and Sabrina Claudio, who he’s currently on the road with.
“I go through things in my relationship. I’m not perfect. I’m stubborn and sometimes I can be cold,” Gallant told Apple Music’s Travis Mills about the context of Sweet Insomnia. “I just wanted to write something that gave people assurance that I’m a human being.”
