After winning the hearts of R&B lovers in 2019, budding singer-songwriter Snoh Aalegra calls on Grammy-winning musician Pharrell for the remix of her hit song “Whoa.”
Produced by D’Mile, the midtempo track drips sensuality as Aalegra and Pharrell trade verses about earning the love of their significant others.
“Two melodies that come to life / Now listen / We come to life / Put us on top each other we harmonize / And we hit the high notes like we both Mariah,” Pharrell raps on his verse of the track.
Aalegra teased the collaboration via an Instagram post featuring Pharrell, The Neptunes’ Chad Hugo, and herself in late 2019.
Snoh is embarking on Ugh, A Tour Again with special guest QUIN in support of her 2019 album Ugh, Those Feels Again.
The Swedish singer released the album to critical acclaim, earning a spot on Rated R&B’s list of the 30 Best R&B Albums of 2019.
