Jade Novah has returned with her sophomore album Stages via her independent label Let There Be Art.
The 11-track album, which includes the lead single “Somebody Son,” features guest appearances from Eric Bellinger (“Newness”) and Jared Brady (“Lost & Found”).
Stages is the follow up to Novah’s 2018 debut album, All Blue.
In an Instagram post, Novah thanked her fans for making the album reach No. 1 on the iTunes R&B Albums chart.
“You guys made this independent album #1 on @itunes r&b charts,” she wrote. “It was such a journey getting this music out of my heart and into your ears. The day my single “Somebody Son” was originally supposed to drop I had a huge unexpected setback, and it almost made me give up, real shit, but here we ARE!”
Novah will support her new album on her Stages Tour, which kicks off on March 20 in San Fransisco. The tour will hit major cities across the United States including Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Dallas and Atlanta. Tickets are on sale now.
