The last time we heard from Sia Amun she was in feelings, declaring that she was “Single AF.” The emerging singer-songwriter is singing a new tune on her brand new album, Ready For Love, which she released independently.
Amun has crafted an album very much in a content space as it relates to her desire to be loved by someone special. Each of the 13 tracks chronicle her journey to hopeful romance, while making good use of her melodic tone and meaningful lyrical content.
Speaking on Ready For Love, Amun says, “I’ve spent a lot of time by alone, intentionally learning myself, my needs, and desires. During this time I realized that love is the source of living a happy life.”
She continues, “To give love and be loved unconditionally across the board, no rules, no boundaries, wholeheartedly, is the goal. This project is about manifesting that type of love, speaking what I want into existence. Being vocal about it, not fearful or running from it anymore. I’m ready for love and I’m not the only one.”
Ready For Love follows Amun’s Bedroom Sessions, Vol. 1 EP, which she released in January 2019.
