Kirby has an innate “Superpower”: raw talent. The soul-rooted artist puts on a cape and flexes her great vocal strength for COLORS.
For the rousing performance, Kirby thrilled fans in every possible way vocally about the idea of Black people rising up and realizing their true purpose and the wide-ranging powers they possess. While the song’s featured guest D Smoke didn’t make the set, Kirby proved she could hold it down alone.
“Superpower” follows the remix of Luke James’ “All of Your Love.” She also collaborated with other male R&B colleagues this year, including Lucky Daye (“Velvet” Remix), Pink Sweat$ (“Apple” Remix) and Kevin Ross (“Nothing Even Matters”).
Back in January, Kirby released her debut EP Sis.
