Bryson Tiller is officially a diamond-selling artist.

The Louisville, Kentucky, native’s debut single “Don’t” has sold 10 million equivalent units, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Tiller first released “Don’t” on SoundCloud in 2014. After garnering 35 million streams on the platform, Tiller landed a deal with RCA Records and commercially released the song on May 20, 2015.

The Epikh Pro-produced track, which interpolates Mariah Carey‘s “Shake It Off,” was released as the lead single from Tiller’s debut album, T R A P S O U L.

“Don’t” debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 in October 2015 and peaked at No. 13 in January 2016.

In April of that year, “Don’t” was certified platinum by the RIAA for selling one million equivalent units, and by the summer of 2016, it was upped to double platinum.

At the time of publication, “Don’t” has more than one billion streams on Spotify.

“Don’t” isn’t Tiller’s only diamond-certified single. “Exchange,” the second single from T R A P S O U L, is also part of the RIAA’s diamond club.

The Mekanics-helmed track peaked at No. 26 on the Hot 100. It’s Tiller’s second-most streamed song on Spotify to date, with 858 million plays.

Tiller went to Instagram to celebrate his two diamond singles. “Officially in the Diamond Club with not 1, but 2 songs from my debut album!” Tiller wrote in a caption.

He continued, “Thank you so much to everyone who ever pressed play on these two songs. And Thank you to everyone who worked hard behind the scenes to get these songs to where they are. Happy 8th Anniversary to Trapsoul, love you all.”

In the same post, Tiller hinted that his next album, the follow-up to 2020’s A N N I V E R S A R Y, is on its way. “Album sooner than soon,” Tiller assured fans in the caption.

A N N I V E R S A R Y was released in honor of the fifth anniversary of T R A P S O U L.

The 10-track project included the Drake-featured “Outta Time.” In 2021, Tiller released A N N I V E R S A R Y (Deluxe), an expanded edition that contained five bonus tracks.

Since A N N I V E R S A R Y, Tiller has released two other projects: Killer Instinct 2: The Nightmare Before and A Different Christmas.

In autumn 2022, Tiller returned with his single “Outside,” which samples rap duo Ying Yang Twins’ “Wait (The Whisper Song).” “Outside” was dubbed the lead single from Tiller’s forthcoming album.

This spring, Tiller launched his headlining Back and I’m Better Tour, which was later extended to early summer.

On Oct. 28, Tiller will perform at ONE Musicfest in Atlanta, Georgia, headlined by Janet Jackson.
