Grammy-nominated artist 6LACK has achieved six new awards from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

“PRBLMS,” from his 2016 debut album, FREE 6LACK, is now 4x platinum certification in the U.S., surpassing four million equivalent units sold. It’s his best-selling solo song to date.

“Pretty Little Fears” and “Ex Calling” are now certified 2x platinum, with more than two million equivalent units each.

The latter, produced by T-Minus and Yakob, is featured on 6LACK’s sophomore album, East Atlanta Love Letter, and features rapper J. Cole.

“Ex Calling” is another track from  FREE 6LACK. The song produced by the Southside Mafia has exceeded 267 million streams on Spotify at the time of publication.

6LACK’s other new awards include: “Free” (platinum), “Cutting Ties” (gold), and “One Way” featuring T-Pain.

6LACK is touring North America to promote his third album, Since I Have A Lover, released in March via LVRN/Interscope Records.

“The album is a collection of songs about love, and learning through the pains that come with growth,” explained 6LACK.

“It’s a reminder that regardless of the outcome, choosing to better yourself, and sharing that experience with the people around you, has a lasting effect.”

Prior to his tour and Grammy nomination, 6LACK teamed up with Jordan Ward on “Mustard” and later with Jessie Reyez on “Homicide.”
