Brent Faiyaz’s new album, Larger Than Life, has made a splash on a few Billboard charts.
The project opens at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 chart with 41,805 equivalent units sold, Hits Daily Double reports. It’s Faiyaz’s second-highest debut on this chart.
Elsewhere on Billboard, Larger Than Life launches at No. 2 on the Top R&B Albums chart, where SZA’s SOS remains anchored at No. 1 for a 47th week.
Additionally, Larger Than Life opens at No. 2 on the Independent Albums chart, No. 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and No. 6 on the Top Streaming Albums chart.
Multiple tracks from Larger Than Life have also impacted the Billboard charts. “Outside All Night” featuring A$AP Rocky & N3WYRKLA lands at No. 10 on the R&B Streaming Songs chart, while “Last One Left” featuring Missy Elliott and Lil Gray bows at No. 14.
This week, Michael Jackson’s groundbreaking “Thriller” is the No. 1 song on the R&B Streaming Songs chart. The 1982 track traditionally sees a boost in streams (and sales) around Halloween.
Ten tracks from Larger Than Life have entered the Top R&B Songs chart, which ranks streaming activity, radio airplay audience impressions and sales, compiled by Luminate.

Larger Than Life was released Oct. 27 via Faiyaz’s ISO Supremacy and UnitedMasters. The 14-track project boasts appearances from A$AP Rocky, Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Coco Jones, and Tommy Richman, among others.
Larger Than Life is the follow-up to Faiyaz’s sophomore album, Wasteland, released in 2022.
The latter album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 88,000 equivalent units sold in the first week. It marked Faiyaz’s highest debut on the Billboard 200 and his biggest opening week.
Wasteland was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in September for selling over one million equivalent units.
