“Everyone knows Amber can sing her butt off, but this album shows that she’s a true artist, and some elements of [Fantasia’s] Side Effects of You are in this project I’m working with Amber. I’m super excited,” Samuels told Rated R&B.
Riley released her debut EP, RILEY, in 2020. The six-track project included a feature with BJ The Chicago Kid.
“I was once asked, ‘what do you want people to be doing when they listen to your music? I approached every song with that question in mind,” Riley explained to Rated R&B. “I hope everyone is laughing, crying, dancing, and feelin’ themselves while listening to this EP.”
