R&B singer Jacquees and melodic rapper DeJ Loaf have released F**k A Friendzone 2, the sequel to their 2017 album.

The 16-track project is laden with smooth-as-butter tunes where romance is at the forefront.

Steamy songs like “Your Body’s Calling” and “Amazing” make for good selections for a lovemaking playlist. “Myself,” another standout, hears Jacquees and DeJ expressing a deep yearning for exclusivity. “Can I have you to myself?” they sing.

F**k A Friendzone 2 was preceded by the singles “Just Another Love Song” and “Favorite One.”

Jacquees and DeJ Loaf released their first joint project, F**k A Friendzone, in 2017. The album included their hit “At The Club,” which reached No. 4 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart.

Jacquees told Fader in 2017, “It was real dope working with DeJ on this project. I ain’t never went in the studio with nobody and created a vibe like this… The music we created is that real feel good music. I couldn’t wait for the fans to hear and feel like it’s another level for me in my career and a sound people not expecting from her.” DeJ added, “As an artist, it’s often rare but always refreshing to go into the studio with another creative and have great energy.”

The two collaborators will support their new album on their co-headlining F#*k a Friendzone Tour. The U.S. tour, powered by Live Nation Urban, begins April 5 at The Dome in Wallingford, Connecticut.

From there, the pair will visit Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans, Atlanta and more before concluding May 11 at The Fillmore in Charlotte. Tickets for the tour are on sale now at friendzonetour.com.

F**k a Friendzone 2 is the follow-up to Jacquees’ Baby Making and DeJ Loaf’s End of Summer, which both dropped in 2024.
