Open your holiday stockings; JoJo has a musical gift for you. It’s December Baby, her first-ever Christmas album, and it comes wrapped nicely in 13 songs.
A joyous album that fans will be able to play for years to come, December Baby contains a mix of reimagined holiday favorites (“Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “The Christmas Song”), as well as a handful of delightful originals including “North Pole,” “Wrap Me Up,” the title track and others.
PJ Morton (“Wishlist”) and Jacob Collier (“Noelle”) ride in on their one horse open sleighs to lend their vocal contributions to December Baby.
When expressing the takeaway for fans with this new album, JoJo wrote on Instagram, “I hope you can hear and feel the good warm authentic vibes we truly wanted to impart to you.”
December Baby follows JoJo’s recent studio album good to know. In July, the LP earned a spot on Rated R&B’s 16 best R&B albums of 2020 so far list.
Just recently, JoJo teamed up with the legendary Diane Warren for a moving new song called “The Change.” It’s the official presidential campaign anthem for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris this year.
