Ella Mai is extending her ‘trip’ across the nation this year. The Grammy-winning artist has announced a second run of dates for her Debut Tour, which kicked off earlier this year.
Following Mai’s two-night of performances at Coachella 2019, the second leg will pick back up on April 23 in Oakland, California and will end on May 22 in Nashville. To round out the newly added shows, Mai has enlisted Victoria Monét and fellow British songbird Mahalia for the trek. Tickets for the new dates can be purchased this Friday, March 8 on Mai’s official website.
The tour fun doesn’t stop there. Mai will join Ariana Grande on the European leg of the Sweetener World Tour in August. Grande shared that she’s “honored and excited” to bring the British starlet overseas for the festivities. Normani will kick things off with Grande on the U.S. stretch this spring.
Mai has been on the road since the top of the year. She and her special guests Lucky Daye and Kiana Ledé will be wrapping the first leg of her Debut Tour on March 28 in San Antonio.
In other news, Mai just scored her third top 10 single on urban radio with “Shot Clock.” In addition, she is nominated for three 2019 NAACP Image Awards, including Outstanding Song — Contemporary for her breakout hit “Boo’d Up.”
