As Khalid prepares to release his sophomore album Free Spirit on April 5, the 21-year-old singer unleashes a new track titled “My Bad.”
On the smooth tune, Khalid croons about wanting an old lover to stop hitting up his phone.
“Can’t count up the times you’ve blown my line /And that’s been on my mind a lot lately / I wanna leave the extra all behind,” he sings on the D’Mile-produced cut.

The album Free Spirit will also include Khalid’s previously released tracks “Talk” and “Better.” The latter track peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It is currently No. 21.
In other news, Khalid is scheduled to perform on Saturday Night Live this Saturday, March 9 on NBC.
