As we await NIGHT fall, Maxwell drops a little Sumthin’ Sumthin’ to hold over us over.
For his third Urban Hang Suite EP, the romantic artist lifts his second career R&B hit in a blaze of glory with modified versions. The EP features a deep groove of the breezy jam that appeared on the official Love Jones soundtrack. He also compliments “Sumthin’ Sumthin’” EP with the original and a mantra version, as well as unsung selections.
This tribute EP to “Sumthin’ Sumthin’” is the third installment from his Urban Hang Suite ode. He already released projects to recognize his other career-defining hits such as “…Til the Cops Come Knockin’” and “Ascension.”
Maxwell also dropped a Shame 508 RMX EP. The collection of gems is leading up to NIGHT, the conclusion to his BLACKSUMMERS’NIGHT trilogy.
