As Tinashe progressively assumes the role as one of the most creative and dedicated independent forces in music, her third eye kicks in on 333. Counted as T9, her ninth project to date, the sensational superstar follows 2019’s Songs for You with a guaranteed smash.
Of the 16 tracks, three were rolled out ahead of the album, including “I Can See the Future,” “Bouncin,” and “Pasadena” featuring Buddy. Each has an associated video.
Kaytranada, Jeremih, Kaash Paige, Quiet Child, AB, Kudzai, and Wax Motif make appearances on 333.
Regarding her journey to this album, Tinashe said in a recent post, “Being an independent artist has its challenges and at times makes you question your greater purpose in the music industry — I definitely had a different idea of what my career would look like when I was a kid. But here I am, 10 years into it, knowing I am on the right track, finally feeling the freedom to trulyyy be myself and the confidence to become a better and more passionate person, songwriter, artist, and woman.”
