Ella Mai has unveiled the official tracklist for the deluxe edition of her sophomore album, Heart On My Sleeve.
Out Feb. 2 via 10 Summers/Interscope, the new edition comes all the original songs plus with three new tracks.
A few singles from the standard version of Heart On My Sleeve found success on the charts, including “DFMU” and “How” featuring Roddy Ricch.
The former, co-produced by Mustard and J. Holt, topped R&B radio and Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart last summer. It became her fourth No. 1 on the latter list.
Mai’s collaboration with Ricch peaked at No. 14 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart the week that ended May 21, 2022.
Mai announced the deluxe edition of Heart On My Sleeve last week and announced her headlining spring tour dates.
“The deluxe tracks are some of my favourite songs currently so I’m happy to be able to share them with the world. I get to bring new life to a body of work that is a year old but remains very close to my heart,” Mai said.
Mai’s Heart On My Sleeve Tour kicks off March 31 in Wallingford, Connecticut, and runs until June 1 in Toronto, Canada. No supporting act has been announced. Tickets are available now at ellamai.com.
“It’s almost like reading your diary aloud in front of an audience, but there’s no better place for me to be vulnerable than in my music and on stage with my fans,” said Mai.
Mai previously supported Heart On My Sleeve as an opening act on Mary J. Blige’s Good Morning Gorgeous Tour last fall.
Heart On My Sleeve was among Rated R&B’s 30 Best R&B Albums of 2022.
Next for Mai is the 65th Grammy Awards, broadcasting live on Sunday, Feb. 5, on CBS. She is nominated for Best Traditional R&B Performance for Babyface’s “Keeps On Fallin‘.”
