SZA has extended her SOS Tour in support of her sophomore album, SOS. The shows will expand across Europe and the U.S.

The new leg launches at Ziggo Dome on June 1 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. From there, SZA will stop in Paris, Berlin, and London before wrapping in Dublin, Ireland, at 3Arena on June 21.

SZA will return to North America on Sept. 20 at Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. She’ll hit various U.S. cities, including Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Salt Lake City and San Francisco.

The tour concludes at Footprint Center on Oct. 29 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Joining the European leg as a special guest is RAYE. She’ll also have Omar Apollo supporting a rescheduled date in the U.S.

Presale tickets for SZA’s SOS Tour in Europe go on sale this Wednesday, April 12, at 10 a.m. local time. General on-sale tickets go live this Friday, April 14.

U.S. tickets for SZA’s SOS Tour will be available for pre-sale this Thursday, April 13, with general on-sale happening the next day.

SZA’s upcoming tour follows her first-ever arena tour, which started in February and ended in March.

As mentioned above, SZA’s string of new concerts will support her second full-length effort, SOS. The album has been a chart-topping smash, spending 10 non-consecutive weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart; it’s now No. 5 at the time of publication.

SOS appeared in December 2022. Several pre-singles include “Kill Bill” and “Shirt.” The former track generated a Billboard Hot 100 hit, peaking at No. 2.

Meanwhile, “Shirt,” produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins and Freaky Rob, reached No. 1 on urban radio. It’s her second chart-topper on the format.

Speaking of “Kill Bill,” the Rob Bisel and Carter Lang-produced track made history on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart as the longest reigning No. 1 song by a woman with 16 consecutive weeks. She unseated Mary J. Blige’s 2005 hit single “Be Without You,” which topped for 15 straight weeks.

Another standout on SOS is “Snooze,” a song recently certified platinum with more than one million equivalent units sold.

In a December 2022 interview with Rated R&B, Grammy-winning songwriter Leon Thomas shared how he got involved with “Snooze.”

“Me and my production partner Khris [Riddick-Tynes] were super nervous. SZA popped through, and she was so nice. I had met her before, but this was a great reintroduction to her new world of music,” Thomas stated.

“I’m glad that I was able to collaborate with such strong creators. We also worked with this kid name BLK out of Scotland. He sent some parts in. The whole thing came together really fast. She wrote [“Snooze”] in an hour. We weren’t sure if she was going to use it, so it’s a super blessing.”
