SiR is heading back on the road. The Grammy-nominated singer has unveiled his Step Into the Light Tour dates, an extension of 2024’s Life Is Good Tour.
The 19-date tour, powered by Live Nation, starts May 7 at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, British Columbia. From there, SiR will visit Portland, Sacramento, Dallas, New York, Chicago, and more before concluding June 15 in Minneapolis.
Presale tickets will be available starting Wednesday (March 5) at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday (March 7) at 10 a.m. local time.
Fans can purchase different VIP packages and experiences that include premium tickets, access to an intimate pre-show soundcheck, Q&A, and group photo with SiR, an exclusive VIP merch item and more.
As noted above, SiR’s upcoming tour follows his Life Is Good Tour, which saw over 40,000 fans across 18 dates.
Both tours support his fourth album, HEAVY, released March 22, 2024, via Top Dawg Entertainment. The project debuted at No. 12 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and was featured on Rated R&B’s 25 Best R&B Albums of 2024 list.
HEAVY included the singles “Satisfaction,” “Life Is Good” featuring Scribz Riley, “Nothing Even Matters,” “No Evil” and “Karma” featuring Isaiah Rashad.
The album also featured the Anderson .Paak-assisted “Poetry In Motion,” a top 10 hit on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart. “Nothing Even Matters” was also a top 10 hit and SiR’s first on the chart.
Since releasing HEAVY, SiR has collaborated with Kaytranada (“Do 2 Me“), Ray Vaughn (“Everybody Dies”) and Kal Banx (“MOB“). Additionally, he co-wrote Melanie Fiona’s single “Say Yes,” the title track to her EP that releases April 4.
In related news, the Inglewood, California, native recently teased a deluxe edition of HEAVY. He posted on X (formerly Twitter), “Heavy Deluxe. on the way. Pockets Fat. Tour in May. A poem by Durl.” A release date has not been set at this time.
