It’s the end of an era for Brian McKnight. The R&B veteran has released what he describes as his final album, aptly-titled Exodus.
Coming in at 13 tracks, McKnight says the project will be his “final project release of all original material.” Exodus arrives three years after the release of his 2017 LP Genesis.
Exodus is anchored by a string of singles including “Bad,” “‘42 (Grown Up Tipsy),” “Neva Get Enuf of U,” “When I’m Gone,” and “Nobody.” Exodus also includes a cover of the Sting classic “Fragile,” one of the rare covers the Grammy-nominated crooner has released.
The seasoned serenader is set to perform on iHeartRadio’s R&B Live Concert Series, presented by Keith Sweat as part of their Black Music Month celebration.
You can relive McKnight’s greatest hits in his iHeartRadio performance tonight at 8 p.m. ET via ksweatlive.com and on iHeartMedia Urban AC stations nationwide.
