Case has teamed up with fellow R&B crooners RL and Raheem DeVaughn for his new single “Naked.”
On the sensual jam, the three gents show off their smooth-talking skills, which leads to further discussion in the bedroom.
“I’ll give you all of my love if you really wit’ it / Girl let me show you all about this mouth,” sings Case in the first verse. In verse two, RL croons, “Gimme some of that Marvin / or that Teddy P / MJ, Bobby Brown / Won’t you rock wit’ me / I’ll have you off the wall and between the sheets.
DeVaughn appears in the third verse, singing, “Take those heels off / Your clothes off / But keep the lights on / Hold on this body / Don’t you let it go / Gonna love you long time / Til you curl your toes.”
Speaking on his new collaboration, Case shares, “I wanted to make R&B fun again. I wanted to write a song that captured the feeling you used to have without it sounding dated. I don’t do a lot of collabs because a lot of times collaborations feel forced. This was organic and it feels good. I hope it gives you the same feeling and even more so.”

“Naked” is the first taste from Case’s forthcoming album, Love Jones, Vol. 2, the sequel to 2018’s Therapy. The latter album included the single “Make Love” featuring Teddy Riley and Tank. It featured additional collaborations with Slim of 112, The Floacist of Floetry, Misha Fair, Teraye, and Aleix Renee’.
Before that, Case released his album Heaven’s Door in 2015.
As for DeVaughn, he released a live project in August, The Love King Quarantine Sessions (Live) 5-12-21, which was recorded during the pandemic. The live album features some of DeVaughn’s signature songs, including “You,” “Woman,” “Guess Who Loves You More,” and “Customer.”
The live album arrived just days after DeVaughn made a special appearance at Usher’s Past Present Future Tour stop in Washington, D.C., where he performed “You.”
On Valentine’s Day, DeVaughn released his EP Winter in Love, the final installment of his trilogy, which included Fall in Love and The Summer of Love.
RL of Next joined rising R&B singer Kenyon Dixon on his single “2000s R&B” from his 2023 album, The R&B You Love. The nostalgic track is also featured on Dixon’s EP The R&B You Love: For the ’99 and the 2000s, which was released in August.
