Genre-blending duo THEY. reunites with Tinashe for their new single titled “Play Fight.”
Over a relaxed and guitar-laden production, THEY. and Tinashe sing about spicing things up in the bedroom.
“When we play fight / I’ma hit it like I don’t know what it taste like / Round four, next round I let you take five /Fuck around, keep going to the daylight,” sings Drew Love, who provides the vocals for the duo.
Tinashe responds in the second verse with, “I can be aggressive, say the word, oh yeah / I’ll teach you a lesson give you what you deserve / Boy do you love it when I’m mean? Oh yeah / All night long I’ll be screamin’ ‘yeah.'”
“Play Fight” is the second track shared from THEY.’s upcoming project, The Amanda Tape. THEY. previously released “Count Me In” in June.
In other news, THEY. also recently appeared on Tinashe’s “Hopscotch (Remix).” The original version is lifted from her latest album, Songs For You, which received critical acclaim.
