Grammy-winning singer Ne-Yo will be heading to the U.K. to promote his latest album, Self Explanatory.
The eight-date tour will kick off Sept. 20 at 02 City Hall in Newcastle, England. From there, he will play in Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham, to name a few. Ne-Yo will wrap up his tour Sept. 29 at OVO Arena Wembley in London.
Ne-Yo released Self Explanatory on July 15 via Motown Records. Ahead of debuting the LP, he released a slew of singles, including “U 2 Luv,” “What If,” “Stay Down,” “Don’t Love Me” and “You Got the Body.”
The former track, which features Jeremih, peaked at No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart in October 2020. The latter track was supported by a Teyana Taylor-directed music video.
Speaking of videos, Ne-Yo recently shared a visual for “Layin’ Low” featuring Zae France. The mansion party-themed video was filmed in Los Angeles, California.
Self Explanatory follows Ne-Yo’s 2018 album, Good Man, which peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart. The album was also featured on Rated R&B’s Best R&B Albums of 2018 list.
Days after his U.K., Ne-Yo will headline Femme It Forward’s Serenade concert series Oct. 7. It will be held at Premier Theater at Foxwoods Casino Resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut. Musiq Soulchild and J. Holiday are also set to perform.
