After a six-year hiatus from music, LeToya Luckett returns with her third studio album, Back 2 Life.
The LP features 13 tracks, including the single “B2L” and a guest feature from rapper Ludacris.
Back 2 Life also includes production by Grammy-winning hit makers Andre Harris, Warryn Campbell, and newcomer Anthony Saunders, among others.
In other news, Luckett has been very busy pursuing a few acting gigs, including reoccurring roles on FOX’s Rosewood and OWN’s Greenleaf. She is also gearing up to portray legendary singer Dionne Warwick in the new biopic, Dionne.
The film will follow the singer’s early career, which lasted from 1962 to 1968. During this time, she created some of her biggest hits, including “Alfie” and “I Say a Little Prayer.” Luckett will record Dionne Warwick’s songs for the movie soundtrack.
