After a six-year hiatus from music, LeToya Luckett returns with her third studio album, Back 2 Life.
The LP features 13 tracks including a guest feature from rapper Ludacris. The album also includes production by Grammy award-winning hit makers Andre Harris, Warryn Campbell and newcomer Anthony Saunders among others.
In other news, Luckett has been very busy pursuing a few acting gigs including reoccuring roles on FOX’s Rosewood and and OWN’s Greenleaf. She is also gearing up to portray legendary singer Dionne Warwick in the new biopic, Dionne.
The film will follow the singer’s early career spanning from 1962-1968, during which time she created some of her biggest hits including “Alfie” and “I Say a Little Prayer.” Luckett will record Dionne Warwick’s songs for the movie soundtrack.
