St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has announced Inspired: Together #forStJude, a virtual benefit concert for World Sickle Cell Day and in conjunction with Black Music Month.
Marsha Ambrosius and MAJOR. have signed on to perform at the two-hour event to raise funds and awareness for research and treatment. Anthony Hamilton will also make an appearance.
Kirk Franklin, Erica Campbell, Jonathan McReynolds and many more of the gospel community will perform, as well as make appearances.
In addition to the joyful singing and comedic relief from Griff and George Willborn, the inspirational celebration will also hear uplifting stories from those battling sickle cell disease.
Hosted by Willie Moore, Jr. and Krystal Lee, Inspired: Together will take place on Thursday, June 18, at 6 p.m. EST on St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital YouTube page.
