Alicia Keys’ current single “Come For Me” featuring Khalid and Lucky Daye moves to No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart during the week of June 10.
It marks Keys’ 14th chart-topper on this list, extending her record for most No. 1s among all acts.
Keys last led the Adult R&B Airplay chart with her Brent Faiyaz-assisted tune “Trillions,” beginning Jan. 28.
The bass-heavy banger, lifted from KEYS II, spent two weeks atop the chart. It also reigned across R&B radio, just as “Come For Me” did last month.

KEYS II is the fifth project by Keys to have produced at least two No. 1s.
Her 2003 album, The Diary of Alicia Keys, secured the most with three leaders, including “Diary,” “If I Ain’t Got You” and “You Don’t Know My Name.”
Tony! Toni! Toné! was featured in the former track that stayed at the top of the chart for 12 weeks, while the two latter tracks held the top position for ten weeks each.
Here are Keys’ other albums to have spawned at least two No. 1 singles on the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart:
Songs In A Minor (2001)
- “Fallin’,” five weeks at No. 1, beginning Aug. 4, 2001
- “A Woman’s Worth,” three weeks at No. 1, beginning Jan. 26, 2002
As I Am (2007)
- “No One,” 11 weeks at No. 1, beginning Nov. 10, 2007
- “Like You’ll Never See Me Again,” seven weeks at No. 1, beginning Jan. 26, 2008
ALICIA (2020)
- “Show Me Love” featuring Miguel, five weeks at No.1, beginning Dec. 14, 2019
- “So Done” featuring Khalid, one week at No.1, March 13, 2021
KEYS II (2022)
- “Trillions” featuring Brent Faiyaz, two weeks at No. 1, beginning Jan. 28, 2023
- “Come For Me” featuring Lucky Daye and Khalid, one week at No. 1 to date, beginning week of June 10, 2023
It is important to mention that the song “Fire We Make” that she performed with Maxwell remained on the Adult R&B chart for 53 weeks, longer than any of her other songs. During that time, it held the top position for seven weeks. The song appears on her Girl On Fire album, released in 2012.
“Come For Me” marks Khalid’s fourth No. 1 on this chart, while it’s Lucky Daye’s first career No. 1 on any Billboard chart.
KEYS II, the deluxe edition of KEYS, is the most recent album from the 15-time Grammy winner. It was released in August 2022. It features the Faiyaz collaboration and a new verse from Daye (“Stay“). She dropped a breathtaking visual for her new track with Daye earlier this year.
Keys is set to hit the road again around the country to promote KEYS II and its standard edition. Her Keys to the Summer Tour starts June 28 and runs until Aug. 2. Tickets are available now.
Later this month, Keys will have tickets going on sale for her upcoming musical, Hell’s Kitchen. The production is inspired by her personal experiences of growing up in Manhattan’s neighborhood with the same name.
Hell’s Kitchen, written by Kristoffer Diaz, a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, is directed by Michael Grief and features choreography by Camille A. Brown, both of whom have been nominated for Tony awards.
Khalid is presently on tour with pop heavyweight Ed Sheeran, promoting his current single, “Softest Touch” and his remix version of Toosii’s “Favorite Song.”
Earlier this year, Daye became a platinum-selling artist after his D’Mile-produced and Grammy-nominated song “Over” sold one million equivalent units.
Daye released the song “Careful” in February, lifted from Magic Mike’s Last Dance compilation. He also linked up with Victoria Monét (“Smoke“) and Chiiild (“Good For Now“) for their respective releases.
Daye’s album Candydrip was named the Best R&B Album of 2022 by Rated R&B and was nominated for the same category at the 65th Grammy Awards. He also received recognition for co-songwriting on albums by Mary J. Blige (Good Morning Gorgeous) and Beyoncé (Renaissance).
Most recently, Daye co-wrote Maeta’s “Through the Night” featuring The Free Nationals. He will join Maeta on a new song, “Clarity,” from her upcoming album When I Hear Your Name, out June 9 via Roc Nation.
